Bumper is an easy-to-access collection of vehicle records. These records are collected through official government records, insurance records and industry sources such as manufactures and service shops.

Sometimes the information they collect is not always 100% correct. Sometimes records are incomplete as a result of being filtered through different systems or because of typographic errors when moving the records from paper to computerized format. Dealing with millions of records is not the easiest process and while we put every effort into making our data as accurate as possible, we are dependent upon the sources providing us correct information.
